Zephyr - her true name abandoned - is a cyborg who was created by the CAP (or Cybernetic Augmentation Project) - a side-branch of the HWDP.
Although an albino Bisharp, a great deal of her form has been replaced by and enhanced with machinery. To the HWDP she was merely a volunteer, but in reality she was secretly recruited by Dr. Samuel Horus to undergo this program in order to assist the man in taking down the HWDP.
Zephyr's form possesses immensely powerful strength, great speed, enhanced eyesight, and impressive reaction time. Her body is incredibly durable and possesses very minor regenerative abilities - the result of nano-machines in her form. The blades normally found on Bisharps have been removed completely, and she's been given an extra pair of arms as well as a double-bladed sword that's capable of detaching into up to four separates swords - each for one arm. The metal of the blade is made of an extremely lightweight yet extremely durable artificial alloy - known as Etherium. The blades of her weapon are capable of vibrating at an extremely high-frequency and can have its edges charged with plasma, allowing them to cut and burn through almost any substance. Zephyr's form contains some slight alterations compared to the other cyborgs, these traits being insane flexibility and shock-absorbers being located in her feet and legs to grant extreme nimbleness - a feat that would be considered impossible due to the normally heavy weight of the cyborg body. The wrists of her four arms possess motors that allow her hands to fully rotate, the full speed of these rotations being fast enough to exceed 150,000 RPM - or roughly 2,700 MPH. The purpose of this property being that if Zephyr were to hold any of her swords while reaching max RPM, she'd be capable of shredding bullets that are fired at her - or anything at all that were to be unfortunate enough to be within reach of these spinning blades.
Zephyr is a rather playful and outgoing individual, her carefree nature making her the most easily approachable of the four cyborgs. She is known to poke fun and tease others - most particularly Torrent due to his stoic nature, and she is known to often not take things seriously. Due to her behavior she's often reprimanded by many others of the Triskelion Spiral. The only one to make her cease her unruly behavior besides Dr. Horus is Magnitude, due to Zephyr heavily respecting the cyborg.
The reason for her becoming a cyborg is due to having severe chemical burns to her face. In her village she was once considered to be very beautiful, and this brought upon the eyes of an unsavory individual who attempted to court her. After denying his advances, the individual attacked her by spraying acid at her face, disfiguring her and turning her into a social outcast. Due to the individual having great influence in the village, no justice was done. She took matters into her own hands and murdered him in his sleep before fleeing the village. When becoming a cyborg, her only request was to be beautiful again, so that she can show her face out in the public without attracting looks of pity and disgust.
As of currently she is aligned with the Triskelion Spiral, signified by the insignia on her chest.
