Regarding the odd base ownership on this one (I've never seen someone request for a base to be made like that lol) - Can you make more of these or does Chibi5 need to approve them or ...?

Normally when I make bases as a commissions for my clients, and if they tell me that I can make designs on them
I normally use to make at least one design, rarely two. I still wanna respect the commissions which of my clients has paid
Although I could have a permission to make more designs on this base, I decided to keep it in one
