Among the many supevillains that Turbo Jaguar has faced, one of the most beauitful yet deadly is French Rose, the skunkette crime boss of The Hathor Syndicate. Her unique battle dancing style always seems to give any hero troubles when facing her, yet mysteriously seems to have a stronger affect on the younger Jaguar hero, who always seems to be weakened when they tango together.
