First "complete" personal art piece.

I started drawing about 1 week ago, until this day I hadn't done anything other than sketches, studies and lots of line drawing to improve my unsteady hand.
Still have LONG way to go, this is the start of 1 year challenge I set to myself to and wanted to see the starting point for it. Going to be back to practicing now and possible once a month do one drawing to completion. Will have to see.

This is posted here to keep track of progress and to slightly motivate myself (Yet I still posted this to scrap...) Anyway, I can already see many problems with this, especially the face : /

Any artist that see this and feel like giving specific advice or tips, are greatly appreciated.
