I been wanting to design a pca character from an odd looking Pokemon such as Skuntank for a while now and I whipped up this one.

Minnie Rosemary, a junior grade skuntank lassie. She has a very bad habit of triggering her self defense mechanism by shooting her foul liquid to whomever she meets someone new. Fortunately because her family works in the pharmacy, her father researched and brewed a very powerful medicine; the Shaymin Potion, for his daughter to consume regularly to counteract even the worstest smell within her gland in her tail. Because she consumed the Shaymin potion for a long period of time, her fragrance all over her body became alluring and even her liquid in her gland no longer smells.

Along with her nice natural fragrance, she has a nice voice. She is a big fan of pop music and wants to become a pop singer.

She is Emma Tsunami's best friend due to Emma aiding her when bullies in the elementary school picked on her when they're little and they created close bonds. Minnie's a good girl and as well as helping her Skuntank species in the PCA to be beautifully Appealling in many ways, she wanted to help Emma to fulfil her wishes. At first, Emma thought it would've been a good idea but because it would harm her to have her be in the Team Corrode, Emma Tsunami pretended to hate her and break their bonds in order to protect Minnie.
