Zang and a group of other Pokemon had gone to try and rescue Ray from the castle dungeon he ended up in. Unfortunately, by the time they finally tracked the castle down, Ray had already been coerced into giving his captors the names of his likely would be rescuers and other information that made capturing them quite easy. This is Zang's second session, designed after the initial test revealed how sensitive he was and his feet in particular. They placed him in a straitjacket to make him easier to control. They've also been interrogating him on other potential victims, though unlike Ray, he's been much more resistant to their methods... though for how long? The mechanical arms are made with special textures on the fingers that are designed to bring out ticklish stimulation from the victim depending on a level that the researchers can increase at any time. They intend to put him through his paces until he talks and then they'll set him up in something else.

Like Ray, they're taking a real liking to poor, ticklish Zang. ;)

Zang belongs to my buddy  seraphon, sorry it took so long. As an extra shout out to an old artist and picture, the picture on the screen is a redrawn version of a ref drawn by ker-plop. That artist doesn't really do this kind of art anymore, and I initially wanted to just reuse the pic itself. I had to redraw it based on some difficulties I ran into, but make no mistake, I never intended to take full credit for it. Hopefully you appreciate this little blast from the past if you remember the artist.
