Nhasadi is a highly adapted avian dragon, perfectly suited to the air. She is a swift, agile flier and adept in aerial acrobatics.
She does not have scales, but instead is covered in a mix of feathers and velvety hide. The feathered fan on her tailtip and "rudders" at her tail base, which can move and flex independently, both aid her aerial maneuverability, allowing for increased lift and sharper turns.
She is not a very large dragon, measuring only about 55 feet in length from nose to tail tip and standing about 10 feet tall at the shoulder, with a wingspan of around 70 feet.
Nhasadi spends much of her time in the air, and it's one of her favorite places to be. She has been known to have migratory tendencies, and is able to adapt herself to different environments, from warm coastal climates to cooler inland mountain regions. One of these adaptations is an overall shift in color (somewhat lighter or darker in shade,) in order to absorb or reflect more heat depending on the environment. These shifts happen gradually, over the course of 1-2 weeks.
