
Vegitarian style soup i actually enjoyed ;w; nooo dont take my carnivore card noooooooo.....
Jokes aside found this to be really tasty <3
1/2 gallon each: mushroom stock and vegetable stock
1/2 cup each of: diced bell peppers, diced carrot (any bite size is good) and onion. (Would of liked some squash/zucchini/plain tofu)
2 teaspoons of each: garlic powder, Mediterranean oregino, whole thyme leaves, ground sage, basil leaf, celery seed.
1 can diced tomatoes in juice
Salt and pepper to taste
About 1 Tablespoon oil
Bring broth to a simmer and add can diced tomatoes
Meanwhile in a large saute pan add seasoning oil and vegetables till soft (can add squash and tofu directly to broth when simmers) then add to broth
Optional deglaze pan with a red wine and add to soup
