So, last week I asked if anyone had spotted the in-joke in the title panel. A couple folks correctly identified this box as the likely item, but nobody guessed what it was.

Two people got close - one said they thought it looked like an old TV. Another thought it looked like an old computer.

Both of you were within screaming distance of it. So close. So very close.

So, what is it?

It's the box that Max Headroom lives in. Now, to be fair, there were several versions of the prop - the version pictured here is the design as seen in the original film-length "Max Headroom : 20 Minutes Into The Future."

Obscure, geeky, 80's sci-fi references. I got 'em.
