So I’ve been playing Pokemon: Soul Silver and I’ve been getting strange ideas for new Eevee evolutions, one of them being a Ghost-Type Eevee called Souleon…or something ghostly sounding, anyways. To get this evolution, you would have to give it the Dusk Stone :3 Simple as that. I wish I could think of a good pokedex entry, though.
