The author of the series is aware that fanartists sell merchandise and doesn't have an issue with it! (shes' very kind about it haha)
Scholastic on the other hand, may or may not have an issue - from what I've been told as long as there isn't licensed merchandise by Scholastic to compete with, it's okay. If Scholastic ends up contacting me to take things down, I'd be happy to comply of course though.
