As most people who know me know, I obsessively play an MMORPG called Mabinogi. Just yesterday they released two new pets, the White Elephant, and the Blue Elephant. They were kind of cute and I needed to make a pet name saver for my soon to come griffin (we're now in the generation the griffin should be released in) So i thought, why not?

The Blue Elephant was cuter so I bought it, created it with the original name for my griffon, and then proceeded to go into one of the new shadow missions with it to give it a lvl boost. About half a second after it went into it's aggro animations, I squealed so loud that those on skype with me yelled at me. IT WAS SO CUTE!

After the mission i proceeded to think about whether to keep the little elephant, or just keep it as a name-saver. I summoned it once again and looked at it.. the little name saver then decided to dance on it's hind legs, then spray me with water that caused a rainbow to float over my head for a moment. Instant love!

And with any permanent character i have in my game, I give it a personality and it's own bit of style for if i choose to draw the character. Banrion is her name, meaning 'Queen' in old irish. So i based her generalized idea of the personality a little elephant princess might have after being picked up by my character.

This is the little compilation of doodles that happened while I was thinking about her personality, a few notes as well to help me make a choice. After thinking up a feww, the shaded in one in the bottom left became the official 'start point' for her.

Banrion the Brat.. sounds about right, don't you think?
