This here is an older model of the Beta test 707, currently emotionally torn to shreds just like his body tanking a nuclear blast leading to the robotic augmentations. While his sibling's powers are rather diverse and very confrontational this model prefers distance fighting, firing upon the enemy from the most vast distance regarding his targeting systems. However, he's a bit more than a sniper but rather the fastest among the 707 as well with compacted and redesigned Pratt & Whitney J58 engines. Much the same as the ones seen on the legendary SR 71. That being said, measures such as heat shielding, recharging (due to his power source not being sufficient for powered flight), maintenance, and constant armor repair.

His cannon can be swapped for a much more powerful version!
