Not from what I’ve been able to find out but the thing is the original doesn’t have a little orange thing on the end that designates as a toy gun so he’s illegal in New Jersey

Marvel's Gen 1 Transformers comic, issue 13 "Shooting Star!", published February 1986. The story was about a small time hood named Joey Slick that found Megatron still stuck in his gun mode after his battle with Ratchet in issue 8. Joey used the gun-mode trapped Megatron to get more successful and wealthy.

that is what megaton is. The original micronaut system in like 79 or whatever was the man from UNCLE play set. That is also why he came with the stock and berrel extender
