Wweeee~ More older, un-uploaded art for you guys. So, this is what I use for my icon and also a very near and dear OC I created named Noire. She's got some relatively interesting background to her, but I don't want to delve too deep into my whole nerd head canon-y stuff for now. (Promise I may do so later~)

Just know she's a Team Rocket Officer and she glares and reprimands anyone who called her an elf; You will call her Miss Noire or ma'am, Scout.
