Another shot from the American Brass Superfund site. This is the loading dock of one of the baghouse buildings. This was where furnace dust was collected and bagged and illegally sold as fertilizer. This dust would contain numerous heavy metals as well as seriously harmful chemicals. The EPA didn't catch on to this activity until the plant went bankrupt and was abandoned.
