Zubat POV

When I woke up, I yawned and test to flap my wings,
I flew up.
"Whoa." I try to flap my wings harder, no problem... It more powerful than I remember...
I fly out of the room and I saw Sandslash.
"Auntie Sandslash!" when I saw her, I called.
But her eyes turned wider and staring at me, at the next second, she dashed to me and knocked me back into the room, and I felt her claws sliced on my face.
"Aah!" as she stomps on my wing, I screamed, "W-what's wrong with you, auntie Sandslash?"
She heard my calls and shocked, she turned to look at the bed, and turn back to me soon.
"...Zubat? Is it you?"
"Of course, who else could it be? Let me go please...!"
She hopped backward.
"Aah, my wing, aah..."
"I...I'm sorry, are you okay?"
"I'm okay..." I pat on the scar that Sandslash made on my face, "Why you attack me that sudden, auntie Sandslash?"
"Sorry, I can't recognize you in a sudden, I thought you're here to hunt us..."
"Huh?" I tilted, "Why can't you recognize me?"
"You...didn't know?" She asked, "Well, wait a minute."
She went away and brought a mirror into the room, her claws pat on the mirror, asking me to look closely.
"...Huh? Wait! That's me?!"
Inside the reflect of the mirror isn't a Zubat, it's a Golbat.

Golbat POV

"Well... You don't know that you evolved? Then it seems you evolved when you were asleep."
I... Evolved? Just like brother Golbat?
I look to myself in the mirror, I look just like Golbat brother... My mouth can open widely now, and my body, my wings... they are bigger now.
And I have feet now.
I turned to look at Woobat, she's still sleeping.
But somehow, I remembered my brother... Brother Golbat, he always cares about me, protects me from being attack or bully...
Now I'm a Golbat, too.
I felt that I finally have the power to protect someone.

SandSlash POV

"...Auntie Sandslash."
"Huh?"
"Thanks for taking care of us that long." he grinned to me.
"Uh? Wait, what's that sudden farewell? Where are you going?"
"I'm going back to Mt.Moon~" he said, "But I'll come back very soon, to take Woobat along, mama probably will be happy to see us again."
"U-uh? Hey, Golbat, wait-"
He dashed out from the den.
"A minute..." I put down my claws and sighed, I lied to him, and he doesn't even know what happened to his mother...
"You two, take care, I'm going out," I told Sandshrews and dashed out.
