Early newly appointed fleetmaster pyrex at around 20-21 in his undersuit, with his cape draped around him. If I were to finish this, of course, it'd be purple. Anyway, the species his tail is based on is likely a black iguana. I'll probably make his tail scales a lot less pronounced, I didn't do much referencing regarding that.
Oh and I also had to switch tablets for this one, the stabilizer just works so much more to my liking on my huion h610 v2 rather than my huion new 1060plus.
