Watercoloring/aqua media is one of my favorite traditional mediums to work with. I took a class in college and now it's just incredibly soothing for me. Same with Indian inks. I'm really glad you enjoyed this piece as well!

I really do wish I could get the hang of physical media. Real paintings like this always have that extra bit of magic to them.

I personally think aqua media is the easiest introduction to painting because you can make it super light and just put layers of colors on top depending on how dark you want to go. Just takes a bit of practice. And yeah, I very much love seeing traditional artwork as well.
