Good use of lighting and bubbles to simulate been underwater. Its quite symbolic, been at the bottom of the stairs as if she's gone deepest part of the dejection. However, that light behind her could also be her hope. I know its easy to say but hard to do, she needs to stand turnaround and walk-up. Each step will take her further away from the depths, it may be small but its good progress.
