My CSS has completely stalled. I can't get the stupid thing to work on a VAC server. Every CSS server worth its salt now won't let you use custom content which bums me out a bit since that was half the fun of CS beta 4- 1.6 for me was swapping around stuff.
Fallout 3, much like oblivion is pretty piss easy to work with when its not crashing or deciding it didn't want to save your work at all... I fiddled with this ages ago on my old account. Its not a "race" yet, but I do think I can figure it out by pulling that starfox mod apart and looking how it was rigged. I'm not a pro by any stretch of the imagination. Outside of some Unreal 1 work with a couple mods I haven't touched 3DS in ages. I promise I will release this once I figure out how to turn it into a race, its the only thing I keep coming back to and tweaking. Might not release all the skins, but I want to give someone else something to start with.
*BattleField 2142 mod just flat out rocks.
*Other parts were made by jcarl904. I take no credit outside of modifying and importation.
