Posed in front of Rain Island's State Flag for the anniversary of Proclamation Day, here is Captain Brightwater Smith of Rain Island's Army Union. She's wearing her formal uniform for the occasion.
Captain Smith was the head of the Military Collective's Landing Forces (analogous to the US Navy SEALs and Green Berets) from 1936 to 1945. The bighorn ewe later taught in the Collective's service academy.
Today, by the way, is the 135th anniversary of the founding of Rain Island, part of the Spontoon Island Universe. Kick back with some Naval Issue Ale or Spontoonie-brewed Union Maid and enjoy the day!
