You mean, by pose - > sketch - > outlines -> coloration?

Yes, I sketch the poses, compose a layout, ink the outline, choose and apply the colors... each has its own layer.

ha ha. very perceptive. this is actually based on multiple fox and the crow pages. mostly the multi suit one but i also used several of the suits for reference .
