A sketch from 2013 I totally forgot about until I was looking through my archives, but I kinda like. Figure it's worth posting, because I like the characters, I think the art still mostly holds up, and it demonstrates a bit of my range of subject matter.

Badger Roland and Moffatt Crowe are the best of frenemies... is this a sparring match for training purposes, or has Roland gotten sick of Moffatt's arrogance and Moffatt grown tired of Roland's ignorance and it's time settle things once and for all? While the winged mutant badger Roland probably has the upper hand in terms of brute force, the shrike-like Moffatt has trained intensely to be able to take down opponents twice as strong as Roland.

While I am fond of both of these characters, I never really drew them very much after this. Going through older art like this has reminded me of a lot of characters and ideas that have fallen by the wayside over the years.
