This is really well done. I love her expression! Wonder what she's looking at.

This may be a little off base but I think I could see her as some kind of deadly assassin character. Whirling feathers, looks a little innocent, perhaps dancing for her mark...then BAM! Talons to the face!

Lovely work! Bird furries/featheries/no idea what to call them are always really cool to me. Excellent job on the colors and lines, both are simply wonderful. Also: props for using a barn owl. Barn owls are my favorite kind of owls. XD
