I need to have some villains, and here is one! A jackal character, whom I see as the tyrannical leader of a city. I find that if I want to have a villain (as opposed to a character who takes an antagonistic role in a particular situation), I need to start with that concept in mind at the outset. Otherwise, I get way too attached to them!
