Decided to post on social nerworks some number of illustrations for my biggest (at this moment), hardest and most long-suffering project - silent book about Jack and Lizzy's relationships "Sparrow and Gull".
Since 2019 was worst year of my life without any doubts work on this project delayed, unluckily. This spring I sent project on book competition, but it didn't reach second stage. Anyway I hope this book will find its publisher and since project needs attention and support, starting posting it here, too.
I will post illustrations in their logical order, but on Patreon you can see illustrations I finished in high-res (I rarely paint them in logical order) - at this moment you can find here last illustration for the part 1 of the book, for example. Besides, you can find here all sketches, all color keys, drawings and even my competition entry dedication for this project. In my opinion, this one of the most iconic art pieces of your project, so it’s a good move to put it out there to promote your project with!
Really hoping your book takes off with a publisher someday. Sad to hear that this spring wasn’t its moment, but the fact you haven’t given up on it is super admirable and inspiring. I know you’ll achieve it someday!

Thank you so much for your supporting words! I can't say this one is my fav and picture idea of my book well (since there's no Lizzy, haha), but glad you like it and glad I can capture mood I wanted to. I will post some more illustrations, few of them already threw on my Insta. Hope it will make things better for project
