Toulia's species is incredibly fertile, but only immediately after the last clutch of eggs has been laid. So it's very easy to avoid ending up with fertilized eggs.

To his embarrassment, Hazard's seed seems to stimulate Toulia's body to produce more and more eggs. Toulia doesn't mind being full of eggs, it means there's more to cook with and laying them is a pleasurable experience for her. They are absolutely delicious and she is quite proud of the meals she cooks with them.

Toulia playfully teases Hazard about his potency, but only in private. She cares about her cute dragon too much to embarrass him in public like that.
