I'm not sure how this ever came up to mind growing up, but I always wanted to see these two together for as long as I could remember. The man is a guy named Klunk, a character from a web series that ended back in 2006. As for the woman, that is Eleanor Butterbean from Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. Billy and Mandy's teacher. Both of them are dressed up as a Doctor and a Nurse, and Klunk is just about ready to give Eleanor a "Thorough examination".
