One of the things that I kept in mind when designing both sides of Ororis, was the fact that I'm Genderfluid as well as Pansexual (as well as a Norse Pagan which is why there are the runes). They are the same person, just able to switch from one gender to the next effortlessly and depending on how they feel. I am beyond happy to see how this turned out! I absolutely love it.
