Well, the armadillo is the closest a fur can look like a pile of tires. I'm just waiting for him to pull one out of his midsection to offer for a flat ant. Or shoot things like a tank.

A very insightful guess as to why I picked that species. I showed the tire out of midsection ad to a few friends, and it made them queasy.
