This is my first attempt at drawing a muscle character with a pencil and sketchpad (most of my non-muscle art starts out this way, the muscle stuff thus far has all been done in Photoshop.)
I couldn't resist tweaking his head a little bit (it was tiny and crooked), but all else is the original sketch. I've got a LOT more work to do on it :)
This is Adam "Streamline" Catabay, a former marine turned software designer/surfer turned superhero :). Here, he's going to be holding up a surfboard.
He's a superhero teammate of Remi "Dammage" Vitoux the beaver,
