I sent all the invoices for requests I want to do and they're all waiting for payment right now
As for those, whom commission requests I declined, I'll send them personal notes so they know they're requests are not in waiting list
At first I just made a public list of those people here and also said that I declined their requests because of characters or "boring" ideas
Now I see that this was straight up rude, though, it is true that I didn't like the characters and ideas. But that only means that I specifically didn't like them, it doesn't mean that they are bad, those are just characters and ideas I feel less inspired to work with
But nevertheless I see that this was rude and unproffessional. My apologies for that
EVERYONE ELSE, WHO'S NOT RECEIVED A NOTE ABOUT REQEUST DECLINE AND DID NOT RECEIVE A PAYMENT INVOICE
Are considered as good enough so I actually want to draw their ideas, but I don't want to take so many
Your commission request will be put on hold until further notice. If anyone from you want to get off the waiting list (maybe you won't have enough money later, maybe you just don't want a commission anymore) - please let me know in comments
But keep in mind that later I can decline your requests too! Sorry in advance. Sometimes I need a second look to truly decide
As for those who already paid the invoices, you have to just wait until I start to get my hands on them. I'll do them in batches, I hope every day I'll do at least 2. I'll send a note with full sized image to everyone, so you won't miss anything out

Hello, it appears I am on your backlog. I would like to remain there. Assuming I understood correctly and I am indeed on the hold list :)

This post comes across pretty rude and unprofessional.
I'm not sure if you meant it to be that way, but I think it is completely unnecessary for you to basically call out those who did not get a slot for whatever reason. I've never seen another artist do that before. If they didn't get a slot, then isn't it just fine to not contact them? I don't see why it was necessary to post their profiles and then degrade either their ideas or their character. Again, I'm not sure if that was your intention, but it certainly comes across that way.

Yes actually I agree with that. In fact I was just lazy to note everyone personally, but I didn't think of it as it might be rude, but as a few people pointed that out and I thought about it once more - yeah, that's pretty rude

Also worth mentioning, just to be clear with my thought process
I didn't "didn't contact them" because this way I'd need to contact everyone else, whom requests I accepted and/or put in waiting list. Which are lot of people. Easier would've been to contact those people whom requests I declined. Or make a list, which, as I thought, "should be fine". But yeah it's not fine, I see now. Wanted to say thank you for reaching out and saying this, either way I could've thought everything's fine

You have terrific artwork, and I would hate for a miscommunication to negatively affect your reputation.
I hope that you're able to find ideas and characters that interest you, and that those who were not lucky this time around are able to either refine their ideas or to find an artist that may like their character more.

Yes I wish I'd want to do every request so people would be happy, but those that I feel no inspiration towards are building frustration which leads to procrastination. I'm very well known for that. So I think it's fair that I do not even attempt to draw every character and/or idea I was requested, and not waste their time and money. I already did refunds for commissions. I don't want that anymore
But yes if they'll come up with something what could be more suitable, it'll be great! I'll be happy to make more people happy. I only need to make more clear what actually IS more suitable for me.
