Interesting choice to have a werewolf character with orange-tinted black stripes. Was that supposed to be a tiger allusion of some kind?

Honestly, the stripes don't really serve much purpose besides to make this race's design a bit more interesting. When I was first designing a lot of my old characters, one of my major influences were the "magic fighting monster" things like Pokemon and Digimon. So, a lot of my really old designs have big teeth and somewhat unusual fur patterns, just to give that little bit of "fantasy" or "this is a magic fighting beast" vibe to them.

Honestly, I should have pursued the wilder aspects of some of these characters, but I really toned that down for some reason, so now nobody knows that Chance can breathe fire or conjure a dark spear from the energy of the cosmos... He's not allowed to do either of these things at work anyways, it gets him in trouble.
