More cartoon silliness from 2014, further chronicling Badger Willard's horrible luck with the old vehicles on his used car lot.
This time, it looks like one of the old hunks of junk is so untrustworthy and useless, it needs to be towed off...
I do suppose that is a mean thing to say about Willard, isn't it? I suppose it describes a few of the cars on his lot as well, though.

I might have to do that sometime. It's been forever since I've drawn a guy wearing panties, now that I think about it... Not too sure Willard here is the type I'd want to see in panties, though! Although, him being short, fat, and sleazy would give it an air of "parody" that might actually work really well...
