This is Riley's adoptive reptile mom, Mel. She adores her precious big baby and smothers them with affection (and between her breast). She baby's Riley as a form of discipline and to make up for a lack of a proper caretaker before being adopted. While it's not okay to do this to someone in real life, this is basically an ideal scenario for me as Riley is a self-insert of my self. So please don't comment saying how awful it is. This is just Mel's way to keep her child obedient while having fun.
