Xarathustra "Xal" Kaiser, A brilliant student of PCA who gets top scores, who wants to become a Researcher and scholar to study Pokemon Combat Techniques, the uses, and the effectiveness based on whichever Pokemon uses them, their behavior, and their nature. You would think that he would become a Top-Notched Scholar contributing to society....

But He's got a twisted side to test Pokemon Techniques he researches on "subjects" Outside of PCA Grounds. He would go find some ne'er-do-wells and provoke them to attack him just so he can proclaim "Self-Defense" which he's free to mess them up, sometimes even overboard on purpose, just to see how effective they are. He does it to see Results. He finds it..... Fascinating.

He is also looking for Potential "Subjects" that he could observe and help them bring out their true potential in combat and become true warriors.... and also force them to join his team that he wants to form as well.

Xal has been observing Vena for a while and he's well aware that she has her psychic powers sealed up due to not training that ability when she was young, and he wants to bring the "True" self out of her. (Which could make Vena have a second dark Personality taking over her mind if her psychic abilities is fully brought out, making her an emotionless being and potentially dangerous.) So he plans to approach her and get her to join his team so he can "Experiment" on her. She would definitely refuse to join him as she can sense that beneath that genius is a very shrewd, evil man.... But Xal doesn't take no for an answer and would resort to Blackmail or Force if necessary to get her to join. He also seem to be also observing Valary, Ichirou, and Celine also as potential subjects too. Most likely he wants to brainwash them all for his plans in the future.

It seems that he also has a past history with Vermillion's Gang as well, being that he was second-in-command. Whatever cause the seperation, nobody but them knows. But both Xal and Vermillion's gang dislike each other. He refers Vermillion as "The Filthy Mongrel of a King" to spite him.

Background: He doesn't reveal much about his past but he's known to have come from a well-established family in the Hoenn Region.

Combat: In combat, He's known to be very flexible, Quick and nimble. He's seen using techniques like Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse in his movelist. But he's a frightning individual who seems to have two sides in combat, some call it his "Berserk" mode.

-Rumor that Virgil B. Rouge (an upcoming Haunter character) may be related to Xal-

-He's very relentless to a fault and would do anything to get what he wants.
