The arm creatures, sometimes referred to as "haunt clouds" by field teams, is a new kind of creature observed in ruins and abandoned institutions.
Description: Misty/cloudy mass. Often times dark in colour, rarely seen as lighter shades. Arms protrude from the middle of the mass, terminating into the misty body. No source of the arms has been recorded as of this time. The arms will brush against/grasp all surfaces they pass by. Should anyone be unlucky enough to be grabbed by one, it isimpossible nearly impossible to be released. Only one such instance is on record when █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ . See file, [REDACTED]
Witnesses and agents have reported that when the creature approaches they can hear "screams, shrieks, shouts, and cries" of "pain, agony, anger, and suffering". Reports state the sounds seem to be heard inside the mind, audio equipment attached to operators picks up audio glitches and inconsistencies, but no notable audio otherwise.
When grappled, a subject is pulled into the mass where they are subjected to the core of the beast. The speculation at this point is that the creature tears the soul and spirit from the subject in a quick, but excruciatingly painful process. The corpses leftover are entirely dried out, nearly mummified. Oddly enough, they are always missing their eyes. Despite this the only features noticeable on the clouds are arms.

At this point in time it is believed that the arm creatures are created in an area of tragedy. When a large loss of life occurs in a short amount of time, it is believed there is a sort of "jumble" as the souls pass back into the ethereal. A great pain collects these loose souls and spirits, forming them into a being of suffering, wanting nothing more than to bring the same to those it comes across.
