Fan art pic done for Whiskery on PonyIsland

I recently made a fan art thread on PonyIsland. I asked people to fill out a form of their favorite characters, ones that to them deserved a piece of fan art. Out of all the ones that were posted(a total of 54 I believe!) I managed to pick 17 characters that I thought were begging for fan art, and here is one of them.

This is Whiskery's character Devotion. She's a Winged Unicorn/Merpony hybrid with a rather tragic story. She was a rather interesting character to see and hear about so I wanted to do a pic of her. ^^ Since she was said to cry a lot, I figured I already had a good expression in mind before I started. ^^
