I was going through some pics I took of Andy and really liked the expression in this: http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k.....r/100_0496.jpg and tried to turn it into the cartoon version of him.

Also: yes the facial markings are a little different from my toon vs RL andy, but when I first started to draw him he was still young and his markings weren't complete. I decided just to keep the "pup" version of him as the character I draw etc.
The character Andy is inspired by my RL dog Andy.
