This guy is basically a mutated eelnod. Yes, I think this sounds weird.

He's one of the characters I've been working on for the story of ancient Ertethia, that is, Plexadonn's backhistory being part of that.

This is a really brief and kinda goof-sounding bio I typed up during a brainstorm:

--Male, species is a conglomerate of vaaren (primate/human) and maikun (canine)genetics (primary), with that of elbian (feline) as a secondary. No career or family, does not belong to any particular faith or clan/cult, society or racial background, etc. Has no living memory or history save for his few years in laboratories and the facility that birthed him. Lives hermitically on the natural land of Kologa with his brother, Seldolf.

--Rafael, due to progressive degernation of his cerebral structures, has developed a violent personality, known to be tremendously hostile, violent and murderous to those who show any sign of negativity to him or Seldolf (primally, he focuses on survival in a violent manner). To the very few who know of him, he is considered an evil beast to be avoided at all costs, and preferably slain if possible. He expresses a consistent, agressive attitude through his waking life, is irritable and easily angered and virtually impossible to communicate with.

--He has only two motivations in life: to protect and love his brother, and to erradicate other beings who have psionic potency, as this genocide would better the world by removing creatures such as himself and his brother.
