Before anyone asks, yes, this character's design is indeed a tribute to Marilyn Manson, one of my favorite artists of all time.

So Megs mainly tags along with An-Tan wherever she goes because he doesn't have any other friends lol :V
Megs is a really bitchy and whiny dude, he always finds something wrong with everything and isn't afraid to express it.
He might look badass here, but in reality he is the biggest pussy you'll ever meet and will run and hide at the first sign of trouble. That sucks. Because eventually, he ends up joining ASP & they would have many uses for Megs's powers, but he doesn't want anything to do with any fights or anything, doesn't want to put his powers to good use and nor does he really know how to use them to their max, so good luck with that.
He also strongly dislikes Mari (the feeling is mutual) and is constantly verbally harassing him, so you'll find them at each others' throats either verbally or physically almost all the time.

Also I moved up his number :V not as high as I was planning to at first, but I didn't want to make him as big as he would need to be if he was within the 90 range.
