Comin’ back at ya with another 3D Perler bead project - a Stegosaurus skeleton!
I got the idea to make this from a wooden kit of a Stegosaurus I have (it's in one of the pics in the GIF). Obviously, it's based on a heavily outdated depiction of the dinosaur's anatomy; thus, I wanted mine to be a bit more accurate.
Aside from the usual “restrictions” of the medium, I'm pretty sure my model isn’t the most accurate depiction of Stegosaurus either (the neck needs to be a bit longer, but I usually don't do anything bigger than the large pegboards). Nevertheless, I had a lot of fun designing and building it, which is always the real prize.
