A new variation on larp-mask design and brand new kind of tail!
This mask is build with an interior balaclava and strap and a hidden zipper closure in the back for the best fit yet and total coverage of the head other than the lower jaw and the eyes. Jaw and eyes are meant to be completed with makeup.

This. Is. Amazing. And I’m literally kicking myself for not having seen this post earlier.
A question, though, if these are for LARPing, wouldn’t the tighter design mean that it becomes More likely that they’ll pick up oils and sweat and stuff from the wearer? How do you keep them clean?

Good question! Not any more than any other mask I make. These you would clean as you would any fursuit head- liberal wipedown of the inside of the face area and internal spray-down of the interior with isopropyl alcohol or someone's choice of anti bacterial spray along with a thorough dry-out. These masks can also survive a short gentle hand-wash in cold water with no detergent/soap if need be : )
