Here’s my part of an art trade I did with the lovely user, Defective_Directives! If you like monster related/cool digital art, you should check them out.
This was a unique trade for me, because instead of drawing existing characters we created new ones for each other. I will certainly post the character they did for me once I get a chance to draw them.
They requested a mobster/monster type character, that could easily translate to human design, and they also wanted the colors of the Italian dessert Tiramisu somewhere in the art. They left the species up to me, but they wanted something fierce.
So, I decide to do a Doberman/Draconian mix. Doberman, because you can find dogs in the city, and dobermans are often used as guard dogs/fighters. I patterned his suit after Tiramisu to fit their request.
All in all, this was good practice for me, and I enjoyed having the opportunity.
