"This short, pudgy yokai is believed to be a tsukumogami born from a well-used and aged paper folding fan. Even its name means 'old folding fan'...and yet, almost nothing else is known about this yokai. It appeared mainly in old scrolls alongside other tsukumogami without a name or a description, and as such, its physical appearance is all that is truly known about it. Perhaps it helps whip up breezes to cool off its former masters? Or maybe it punches small holes in the newer fans it gets jealous of? We may never know..."
It's cute...that's all I've really got to say about this one.
