More random creature design from 2014, this time, a canine-like creature with a bio-luminescent growth similar to what anglerfish have. Something like this could actually be advantageous were the creature an insectivore, as it would attract bugs... or if it was attached to a puppy, it could be incredibly impractical as they would be constantly distracted by it.
