Well! I've been playing a lot of Advance wars lately, I've always wanted a pic of my newty self as a tank commander (Thank you World in Conflict), and 
aliksandr recently did a piece of pixel art. Sooo... I was inspired.
Probably 10-15mins worth of work in MSPaint/GIMP, but I'm pleased with it. Be sure to click full view to see the transparency and so on. Might clean it up later to make an icon. Heck, it's about the right size.
