this one here is also pretty old, like my previous upload of omen. I drew this one up a little while after the session i had with a group of friends in which I proceeded to fail just about all the rolls that mattered. We were doing the adventure book that was all about the Deck of Many Things and got to travel to a tower in the plane of Chaos where we had to make some rolls to avoid going crazy. Omen was one bad roll short of that outcome, instead he got to take on some massive penalties that could only be cured with magic we would in no way have access too for quite some time, one of which was hallucinations.
