Rosalie and Jelba.
At the time I drew this, I hadn't decided much about the little creature at all, it was just some unusual animal she'd picked up. Years later, I decided to call it a "Jelba", and it's a non-sapient creature distantly related to the jerboa-like Jeroban from the planet Danajarba, and native to that world. How it wound up on Rosalie's homeworld Demeter, roughly 2500 light-years away, is a mystery.
